Terms of Service

By creating an account or using FixMyContract (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

FixMyContract analyzes contracts you upload and returns a clause-by-clause risk assessment, plain-English explanations, and suggestions, plus an optional document chat. The analysis is generated by an AI model and may contain errors or omissions.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old.

You agree not to:

• upload content you don't have the right to share, or that is unlawful;
• attempt to disrupt, abuse, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service, or circumvent usage limits;
• use the Service to build a competing product.

You keep all rights to the documents you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the Service (see the Privacy Policy for how long we keep data and who processes it). You can delete your documents — or your whole account — at any time.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may update these terms. We'll note material changes; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FixMyContract is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on the Service's output. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
