The short answer: if your team needs one invoice and one login for everyone reviewing contracts, FixMyContract's Business plan and Justee's per-seat pricing are the only two on this list that publish a real team structure — Justee for compliance-heavy ongoing tracking, FixMyContract for a lighter, per-review workflow. If you are a business of one reviewing the occasional vendor or hiring contract, most of the tools on our freelancer list will do the same job for less.

How we built this

The same pool as our freelancer comparison, narrowed to tools with a team or seat story, or a price point clearly aimed above solo use. For each one we reviewed the publicly available information on the provider's own site and recorded the date we read it. We have not signed up for or used any of the other six.

Same evidence rule throughout: verified (their own site, on the date shown), indicative (a third-party listing), or not published (we could not confirm it, so we do not state it).

Quick comparison

A note on team features. Of the seven, only FixMyContract and Justee publish a team plan on their own sites — Justee with per-seat prices, ours as a talk-to-us plan. The rest appear to be single-user tools that a small business could still use — one person reviewing on behalf of everyone — so we have marked their team pricing "not published" rather than conclude they do not have one.

Justee's four-tier, per-seat structure ($19 to $189/seat/month) scales with how deep the compliance need goes, and its move toward HR and compliance monitoring is a genuine strength if your business needs to track obligations across many contracts over time rather than review one at a time. The tradeoff is a per-seat cost that rises steeply once a team moves past the entry tier. Team pricing: $19–$189/seat/mo.

ScanMyContract — closest feature list, now account-walled

The published feature set here (risk scoring, plain-English explanation, estimated financial exposure) is the closest to ours on this list — a strong candidate on paper. As of our last check, starting a review requires creating an account where it previously did not, and we could not confirm what remains free or how team pricing works. Starts at: $49/mo (individual plan; team pricing not published).

Inkvex — occasional, higher-stakes reviews

If your business occasionally signs something with real weight — a commercial lease, a franchise agreement — Inkvex's $499 15-document pack with 12 months of access is priced for that kind of infrequent use rather than routine vendor paperwork. ContractClarifyAI — unpredictable contract volume

Pay-per-contract at $9 avoids committing to a monthly plan when a business signs contracts in bursts rather than on a schedule. We could not confirm team-specific pricing or features from their public pages. Starts at: $9/contract or $29/mo.

ClearSign — one person reviewing for the whole team

At $9/month for 20 analyses, a single person handling contract review for a small team gets a lot of reviews per dollar — practical if you do not need multiple logins, just enough volume for one reviewer. We found no published multi-seat option. Starts at: $9/mo (20/mo).

VIDI — dollar exposure before signing a vendor deal

VIDI's published dollar-exposure estimate is a distinctive angle for a business deciding whether a vendor contract's risk is worth the deal — a number rather than a label. Pricing is per-contract or monthly, with no team tier we could confirm. Starts at: $19/contract or $59/mo.

FAQ

Do any of these tools offer a true team plan, not just multiple individual logins? Based on what each one publishes, only FixMyContract and Justee have a stated team plan with team billing. For the others we could not confirm a team plan — treat them as single-user tools unless you contact the company directly.

Is a $9-per-contract tool cheaper than a monthly plan for a small business? It depends on volume. Below roughly two to three contracts a month, per-contract pricing (FixMyContract, ContractClarifyAI, VIDI) usually costs less than a subscription; above that, a monthly plan with a per-analysis quota usually wins.

Can these tools review vendor and hiring contracts, not just leases or freelance agreements? Generally yes — the underlying analysis (risk flagging, plain-English explanation) is not document-type-specific for most of these tools, ours included.
