Each finding carries the sentence it came from, quoted from your document — so you can check our reading instead of taking it on trust.
What it does
A finding without its source is an opinion you cannot check. Every one here shows the sentence it is about, taken from your own document, so the first thing you can do with a flag is read the line and decide whether you agree.
The quotes are checked, not trusted
Language models can produce a quote that reads convincingly and appears nowhere in the document. So each quote is compared against the text we extracted, at the moment the analysis is written — the only moment the text exists, since documents are deleted on a retention clock. A quote that cannot be matched is marked rather than presented as verbatim, and the model is never asked to grade its own work.
Why it matters
It is the difference between a summary you have to double-check and a report you can act on. It is also what makes disagreement possible: when the quote is in front of you, you can see when a flag does not apply to your situation.
