What the number is
The score summarises how the contract leans, as a whole, from the side you told us you are on. It is a starting point for reading, not a verdict: two contracts with the same score can be risky for completely different reasons, which is why the score always appears above the clause list rather than instead of it.
Three groups, not one long list
Findings are grouped into what works against you, what is worth reviewing, and what is genuinely in your favour. The favourable group exists because a report that only lists problems teaches you nothing about what a fair version looks like.
Read from your side
Before anything is scored you choose who you are in the agreement — tenant, freelancer, employee or business. The same lease reads differently depending on which side signs it, and both the score and the recommendations follow from that choice.
