Hand your report to someone else
Send the analysis to a partner, a client or a lawyer — as a copy with names and contact details masked, or as a read-only link that expires on its own.
A redacted copy
Download the report as a PDF or a Word file with names, addresses and contact details masked. The first two companies it finds become [Party A] and [Party B] everywhere they appear, so the report still reads in order; any other name it finds becomes [redacted]. The quoted clauses keep their wording apart from the masked names.
The limit we state beside the button
Review before sharing — masking is automatic and can miss details. It works by pattern, so it catches an email, a phone number, a street address or a company name ending in Ltd, Inc or similar, and it can miss a surname used once. Read the copy before you send it.
A read-only link
Create a link that opens the report in a browser, with no sign-in. You choose how long it lives — 1, 7 or 30 days — and you can revoke it at any time; up to 5 links can be live for one report. The person opening it cannot download, cannot use the assistant, and does not see your original document.
Which one to use
The link shows the report as you see it, names included — it is not the redacted copy. When names should not travel, send the redacted file instead.
